The Squire SS100CS LEV5 represents a new high‐water mark in padlock strength and security. It is the first padlock ever to achieve the LPCB SR5 rating, making it uniquely resilient against extreme attacks using powerful tools such as angle grinders, drills, and circular saws. Alongside its SR5 status, it maintains CEN Grade 6 accreditation, is recognised by Secured by Design, and meets the Police Approved Specification, ensuring the lock is trusted for the highest security environments. To support its tough credentials, the SS100CS LEV5 features a 100 mm wide solid hardened steel body with a 20 mm closed shackle made from boron alloy steel, both reinforced with tungsten carbide to resist cutting and grinding. The locking mechanism uses two solid brass 6‑pin cylinders, boasting approximately 625 million key differs, and integrates anti‑drill, anti‑pick, and anti‑bump technologies.
