The Intratone Key Cabinet 16-0101 is a sophisticated, network enabled key management system designed primarily for property managers, communal facilities and organisations with multiple users requiring secure, traceable access to key sets. Built as the main module of a scalable system, it offers a capacity of twenty four electronic key-tags and supports expansion through additional modules, enabling large-scale management of keys across a site or portfolio. At the heart of the 16-0101 model is it's smart interface: a 7-inch touchscreen and Mifare proximity reader allow authorised users to identify themselves via badge, gain access to the cabinet and retrieve or return keys. Each key-tag is electronically registered, with time-stamped events and usage tracking linked to a remote web-based management portal, so administrators always know who took which key, when, and what returns have been made.
